Trust Him, lean on Him, stay intimate with Him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Choose Him at every crossroad, <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Over your thoughts and emotions, <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Choose Him over the people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This is the essence of detachment,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Garbage for gold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The world is a slippery slope.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The sower sows the seed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The enemy sets out to devour it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The faithful hide it in their hearts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
They protect it with all diligence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If they let down their guard,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The seed is exposed, <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The fight of faith begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If they default to the flesh, they fail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If they run to the Lord, they prevail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It always begins when I say yes to Jesus Christ in my heart. Opposition arises and serious decisions are required. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
When I make\u00a0the decision to press on regardless, new challenges and new obstacles present themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Throughout the process, I develop discipline as I practice the skills He teaches me on a daily basis. As I continue honing these skills, I became more and more consistent in my daily pursuit of Him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I recognize that every precious thing must be taken and kept by force. My way of seeing things is changing as I progressively discern the relevance of the unseen realm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I will seek Him all the days of my life and watch the scripture come to life as I follow His directives down Destiny Avenue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When we are seeking Jesus Christ,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Living water flows through our hearts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The closer we stay to the source, the sweeter it is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The further we range, the nastier it gets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When our joy is full, we are near the source.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When it wanes, we know we have wandered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With every step of faith on Destiny Avenue,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The path miraculously extends forth before us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As we dare to venture out in His grace and power,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It continues to stretch forth as He ushers us along.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Accuracy and precision replace fear and uncertainty. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our confidence soars as we continue in Him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The beauty of His Holiness<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The power in His Name<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The joy of knowing Him<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The peace in His presence<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Praise our Savior forever and ever<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Far from the codependent craziness<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Far from the soul ties that hamstring humanity<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Far from the corruption of this world<\/p>\n\n\n\n
